Playable pre-alpha — July 2026

The demo is playable today.
The full game is coming.

Everything below is captured from our pre-alpha demo — real systems, placeholder art. Live prize pools, crowd mechanics and automated settlement already work; the production build with a full art pass ships next. The demo drops to the waitlist first.

PRE-ALPHA · LOBBY
BattleStake lobby — live prize pool and payout formats
01 · LOBBYPick your entry, pick your format. A hundred players buy in, the $1,000 pool builds live on screen, and the platform's cut is printed before you commit a dollar.
PRE-ALPHA · SETTLEMENT
BattleStake match settlement — top 7 payouts
02 · Settlement

Match ends. Money moves. Nothing hides.

The moment the last player falls, the pool splits automatically to the pre-disclosed table — winner sees $340, podium sees theirs, seventh place sees $43. No holds, no support tickets, no mystery maths.

Every settlement is logged and reconciled. That's not a feature we bolted on for lawyers — it's the product. In real-money gaming, trust is the entire business.

PRE-ALPHA · IN MATCH
BattleStake gameplay — 100-player night arena
03 · IN MATCHFour to six minutes of pressure. Neon districts, a collapsing zone, concealment plays, supply drops — with your locked payout ticking on screen while you fight. Pre-alpha footage; not final visual quality.
Game mechanics

Engineered so every second has money on it.

01

The Collapse

A closing arena forces the endgame. The last two minutes play like a final table — everyone in, everything on the line.

02

Concealment

Vanish into cover, break line of sight, ambush. Hiding is a strategy with payout consequences — not a pause.

03

Supply drops

Marked crates with top-tier gear parachute in mid-match — every drop turns the map into a risk-reward decision.

04

Crowd Favor

Play bold and the broadcast rewards you — sponsor gifts drop straight to you when the crowd is behind your run.

05

Star bounties

Marked star players roam every match. Taking one down pays in crowd favor and makes your name on the feed.

06

The payout ticker

Break into the paid places and your locked winnings tick live on screen while you fight for the next bracket up.

Choose your stakes

Three ways to get paid.

Pick your format before you enter — the pool splits exactly like this, every match. Example: $10 entry, 100 players, $850 player share.

Same flat 15% platform fee in every format — the format only changes how the players' 85% is shared.

$10 in → $1,000 pool

A hundred players at a $10 entry create a $1,000 prize pool$850 paid back across the winners, $150 to the platform. Same split, every match, every tier. That's the whole business model, and it's on the screen before you play.

FAQ

Questions, answered straight.

Is this gambling?

BattleStake is designed as a skill-based competition: outcomes are decided by aim, movement and decision-making, every player starts on identical terms, and no random element determines who wins. There are no odds and no house edge — the platform earns the same fixed fee whoever takes the pool. And we're unapologetic about what we built: a battle royale made for real stakes, with winner returns among the highest anywhere in skill gaming — a $10 entry can pay $850 on a winner-takes-all match. An 85x return, decided by nothing but how you play. Real-money play will launch only in markets where counsel confirms the legal path.

Is what I see here the final game?

No — and we say so on purpose. The screenshots and demo are our pre-alpha build: the systems are real (100-player matches, live pools, automated settlement), the art is placeholder. The production build, with a full visual and audio pass, is what launches in Autumn 2026. Waitlist members see every step between here and there.

When can I play?

A playable demo is dropping soon — waitlist members get it first. First real-money matches are targeted for Autumn 2026, rolling out market-by-market as regulatory approvals land.

Which countries will be supported?

We're launching in a first wave of European markets and expanding from there. Real-money play is only offered where it's legally cleared; everywhere else can play free modes. Waitlist members hear first when their region opens.

How do payouts work?

Every entry fee goes into the match prize pool. 85% is paid back to players automatically at the end of the match, split by the format you chose before entering — winner-takes-all, top 3, or top 7. The platform's flat 15% fee is shown before you commit a single dollar.

Is joining the waitlist free?

Completely — no payment, no card, no obligation. The first wave gets early demo access, founder cosmetics, and free-entry launch tournaments.
